Took mom to the grocery, cleaned the sunroom, washed and changed sheets, bathed the dog. We ate lighter today than yesterday and that feels good. Need to drink more water.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 26.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
