Well I'm back on fatsecret wall. I have been using the app daily but I have not lost weight due to my binge drinking and I finally messed up my heart -- tachycardia. So from now on, I am committed to using this App as a tool to change my life habits and rescue my cardiac function. The first step is to completely quit drinking for three months and reduce weight by ten kilos or 22 pounds. I know I can do it. And I know this App can be a great tool for change. It's helped me become very conscious of nutrition and lose six kilos so I want to keep going.
79 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
