Fatboy199's Journal, 21 Jul 19

We celebrated our 27 year old's birthday at our favorite Mexican restaurant. Everyone got the usual plates...my go to is the carne asada burrito with rice and beans. Half the table got that dish too. I chose to eat two fajitas from my wife's plate. Don't feel bad for her, even if I wasn't watching my food intake, I would have had those two fajitas plus my own carne asada plate! I ALWAYS ATE HALF HER PLATE!
Tonight, just 2 fajitas.
I ate a half size portion of the rice and beans, 6 corn chips and 3 Dos Equis drafts too.
Today, I am up over a pound. NO WORRIES! Seemed dehydrated this morning so on to today.
Learning, adjusting and embracing the process.

I’m always finishing up the wife’s and kids dinner (or whatever) that they can’t, but I count it here in my diary, like that means anything lol lol lol (I resisted my son’s four hash browns yesterday he didn’t finish for breakfast). I’m seeing beans written here in your post so try to look up ‘leaky gut’ and you will find the foods to avoid (or try to) no matter what. I just woke up and ate chili with beans BUT I contemplated and wanted the fiber to flush out the dinner I had last night. I find it difficult cutting all the foods that are on the ‘do not eat’ list for leaky gut BUT it works! Saw your other post on too much sodium a couple of days after this post and your probably right! I use a fiber supplement but it’s not on this app: clear lax, so try to up your fiber intake after a large sodium or carb or protein meal.. whatever it may be ;) I have been using a lot of good detox juices that are also not on this app so I substitute in the best I can. There are a lot of food and drink that are not on this app and unable to find with barcode as well but the numbers are usually accurate if your honest within your diary. Good luck and keep try to cut out the unnecessary!
