Day 5 of 5-day cleanse. Feel great & shocked at how not hungry I've been throughout & without sugar cravings! And feeling better after venting/sharing in my journal yesterday -- it really is therapeutic!

The cleanse is raw food, vegan, no dairy & no sugar, but everything has been tasty & some even sweet tasting (from the fruits inside). Planning for now to stay off the sugar & dairy for now, and slowly add back seafood & meat. Thinking I'll add things back individually to see how I feel with each. And, again, I'll also be praying, breathing, journaling & expressing again today this one day, meal, sip, emotion at a time.
55.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Good riddance to sugar cravings! Great plan - I feel the difference when I eat too much dairy.

Good for you Angel Ruth - I really like your idea of adding slowly to figure it all out. I finally learned, for me, all proteins were not alike regarding the 'protein combats hunger & craving' theory. Seafood satisfies me but beef induces a feeding frenzy. Weird how are bodies remind us how individual and different we are that way, huh :-) I got my candigone in today so will start my own Bella cleanse this next week and see if it helps me feel a little better. Have a good weekend! Bella
