Ok then. Didn't try to loose. Skipped meal#2 due to not feeling hungry. The higher fat breakfast did it, not me. lol.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 51.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
