Well weight hasn't changed but blood pressure has. I have gone from 145/95 to 110/75 in three months. Fatsecret is so helpful at controlling macro and micro nutrients like balancing sodium and potassium. It's also helped me to control alcohol consumption. Better than AA! ☺
79 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I wanted to add that I have lost 6 kilos since beginning of April but most while doing health detox in Thailand.
