Broke the 150 barrier! slow but steady. at the Cottage for the summer and difficult to access program because no WiFi. If I stand just so and wave my phone I can almost get a signal. I've had to be very creative to input my eating on the program. Thank god my sister, also on the program, is here too and she has been a real motivator.
67.8 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
