OK so 61.5 pounds gone and I am down to about 10 pounds to go. Slow going, but I am increasing exercise again with not such a demanding work schedule. The thing is, I am NOT doing well charting my food.

Not that it is really bothering me because one thing I have learned going thru this is how to eat and what foods have what cals in them.

If I am unsure of something, I chart my whole day to see where I'm at. Anyway, does that make sense? I think my eating right is more about habit and knowledge now, but I don't want to lose that.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yahoo...10 more to go! Keep up the great work - and I agree with you, in order for this to be a life long thing we must learn how to do this on a daily basis. While I think I will log for the rest of my life, I do need to know that I can do it without logging everyday. I try to log now 4 to 5 days a week which keeps me focused. CONGRATS on your success!!
