Yes ladies it keeps happening and some of us get it often I think. Thank goodness it goes away again! I’m really trying to gain muscle while losing fat. That way my weight is stable yet my clothes fit better. I have some xs and small shirts that are a bit tight. Stupid sizing!! I fit a medium in one tank and it’s tight. The large are a bit loose in the chest. Most of my stuff is small for fitted and medium for loose. Have some lathes still for comfy lounging 😉. It would be so nice to fit everything in my closet perfectly lol. Body recomp will help with that but I hear it’s extremely hard to do!
