I found my scale this morning and immediately said "let's roll". I have been kidding myself for a while now, we all do who struggle with food but when I finally stepped on that scale, the number staggered me.
Better now than in 2 more weeks and additional weight gain.
The moral of the story, no matter what you put in your mouth, you will have to come to terms with it.
136.0 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
