I found my scale this morning and immediately said "let's roll". I have been kidding myself for a while now, we all do who struggle with food but when I finally stepped on that scale, the number staggered me. Better now than in 2 more weeks and additional weight gain. The moral of the story, no matter what you put in your mouth, you will have to come to terms with it.
