Cheated by eating a bunch of peanuts. I weighed 153 yesterday but Fat Secret didn't save my weight for some reason. Watched Biggest Loser last night, it was really inspirational.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
