Cholesterol 201. A1C is 6.6. High BP. Restarting everything. Very depressed and overweight. Doctor wants me to load up on meds. Trying to avoid through exercise and diet. May not be enough though.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you. I'm only 30 but I'm a diabetic, high BP, and cholesterol. A1C is 5.1 so it is good but cholesterol is 227..sigh I'm on meds but not insulin. I have more to lose than you but just letting you know there are others here the same and we can do this!
