So, it’s been a year on this journey. It’s come with highs and lows, but I’ve learned so much from them both...what works for me and what doesn’t, listening to my body as I make adjustments and truly having a new found respect and appreciation for my health. A combination of it all has helped me successfully lose 122lbs in 12 months, 26 weeks, 365 days! I started at 367 this go round. My heaviest was a whopping 405+. So in total, I am down 160lbs from my heaviest! I’m enjoying this journey and look forward to continuing on to a better me. 😊😊😊
