Anyone else meet a goal and then relax subconsciously and have to work to get there again. I’m honestly shocked the gain isn’t more and is probably water. Even so it’s a trend that I really need to work on.
118.0 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.0 kg a Week

Yes. It happens. As you said, probably water. Especially if you limit carbs and recently had some.

I don’t limit carbs, I’m more a cico with a heavy reliance on listening to my body and portion control.

Same for me Gin. Although my body tells me it’s hungry a LOT lol. Like now, just ate a large beef jerky yet the stomach is still growling up a storm. It’ll have to wait though as lunch is still 2 hours away.
