AM weigh in. 6.5 hrs sleep. Water 💦 pushed out successfully. Fasted 23.5 hrs yesterday, only had some water, coffee, green tea, small amount of cream, energy drink, and 2 packets of bone 🍖 broth worth about 150 calories.
122.1 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
