AM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep. 8.5 hrs fasted, going hopefully until tonight. Double day yesterday, went out to eat. Time to push the water 💦 out.
124.2 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I ate too much yesterday, with a good amount of sodium and carbs so my body retained extra water. If I keep both lower today I'll lose most of that water weight in the next day or two. Also drink plenty of water...

Gotcha. Water retention is always a nightmare for me regardless of what I eat/ don't eat so was just wondering if you had any different strategies. Thx! 😊

I try to keep potassium high also to balance the sodium... It's hard to get recommended intake.
