Wed & thurs of this week, I wasn't hungry & drank only water & orange juice. Stayed in bed both days as back pain was really severe. Friday was the same until about 11pm. I felt I needed some food & made 2 scrambled eggs with 3 sl crisp bacon.
I had wanted to restart my diet on Wednesday anyway, so this got me off to a good start. That's why I stuck with protein for my first meal.
Now Saturday. Haven't been well all day. Some diarrhea & tried to throw up. Don't know if I've been coming down with the flu & that's why I didn't feel hungry last few days. It's hard to have sickness & diarrhea when I've hardly eaten anything for days. Stomach is constantly aching.
7pm. Am going to try some porridge with milk. At least have something in my stomach if I'm going to throw up.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
