I feel like I am back on track. Wow, took some doing to get my frame of mind right! I restarted many times and simply would not get through one day, which was so odd since I was so dedicated before.

But, I have made it through two days (the first day is the hardest for me), so back on the road. This time around I'm trying some new recipes to shake things up a bit; last time I got complacent and bored but there are many tasty things that can be made low carb.

Made a Hungarian Mushroom Soup last night that tastes amazing.....maybe I'll post the recipe!
