Well... the first ten pounds were easy, mostly water I’m sure. Been at a stand still for a few days. Im eating between 800-1100 calories each day and only within a 10 hour eating window. I have cut way back on sugar and carbs and focusing on getting enough protein and healthy fats. I know it will continue to drop if I keep this up, just need to be consistent.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I get the hang of it... this is mot my first rodeo. I lost close to 40 lbs not too long ago. Gaining it all back (and more) was a “choice” of sorts, I chose not to work hard at it and it all came back. I know I am on my way back and that slow and steady works for me.
