Been sticking to the strict diet of protein, with low carbs and calories.. I'm hungry ALL the time.. ughhh
102.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.3 kg a Week
