Fasting Day #4 I had a glass of water yesterday so I officially broke my Dry Fast, but I'm not drinking if not thirsty and I'm in full ketosis now. So far my strengths are great, I worked no stop in the past 2 days at my 2 jobs and with very little sleep, thanks to the fast I don't need that much for now.
