hell ya!!! woop woop!!! That puts me at 220lbs gone... 110 prior to RNY & 110 since!! A month past my goal time frame, but I'll take it considering how much stress I have been under this month. Next goal: 175lbs. this is the top of the goal range set by my doctor. The last 10 lbs are fighting hard to hold on...but I will get there!!
80.2 kg Lost so far: 99.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
