Day 3 with the Transform App. Really liking the meal plan. The accelerator workout is good. Had my first lower body workout last night and will do an upper body workout tonight. The workouts are easy to follow, but definitely give results. I worked up a good sweat, and I don't sweat easy. The meal plan is a higher calorie than I normally allow myself, I guess to fuel the workouts. It is an alternating high/low carb plan with a reset day once a week. I like that too. I have slept better the last couple days and wake up feeling refreshed. I'm not as tired, and it's easier to get myself out of bed. I think part of it is because I'm looking forward to this and what is next. Excited for what's to come!
