no sugar on purpose, no carbs on purpose and at least 60mins jogging daily
portion control and no eating after 7pm is really important:)
that's pretty much what I do everyday
anyone want to chat with me I'm available:)
84.8 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
