Do I need to look up skull crusher or is that something you can describe if you survive it?

Skull crushers are the best. My favorite triceps exercise. Lay on your back on a bench and raise dumbbells or curl bar while you extend your triceps and try not to crush your skull. That's not a very good description. You may do better to Google it. Lol.

Princess I did google and it matches what you said. From someone who's slapped herself in the face with an Iphone too many times I'll be skipping this for now, but thank you :-)

That's so ......... scary. No wonder you exercise folks get an endorphin rush. It's from FEAR of dying right there on the bench. I got the same thing yesterday cleaning my home. (sweat, endorphin, suppressed appetite) but I was never at fear for my life.

hey Chris, I think we need a new Viking warrior work out plan. just do any exercise that sounds like there might be boose involved (anything goblet), or potential violent death (deadlift, scull crushers) 🤪

Ewww... I don't like the name Debbie. I've heard /read overhead extensions aren't good to do so I haven't done them in years. Skull crushers and kick backs for sure. Wish I could do dips but too fat. Don't even try them yet.

No doubt. I've been focusing on bench, squat, and deadlift to get those up to a cumulative 1,000 pounds, but now that I'm there I'm working on cutting the gut a bit and doing dips, pull ups, etc. Next short term goal is 5 solid pull ups. I am about 1/8 of the way there lol as I can do about 3/4 of 1!

Nah. I can already do a few in assisted dips, and I'm most of the way to an unassisted pull up. I weighed in at 295.6 today, and I can do 250 on the lat pull down. I figure by the time I get my body weight down to 270, I'll be at the 5 pull up level 😁💪

Unassisted dips, not in assisted.

Yeah we do have that machine. I'll have to try it. There is a regular tricep push down machine too that i use. I forgot about that.
