Thank you Diddlee! 😊 I have good and bad weeks, but most of them are good, so I maintain weight. My weekly Average and my calories is what matters most me and it's working.

Facing, accepting, and dealing with good and bad time is in focus for me these days. Weight management is more than food. It is also related to how we deal with bad times. That you now have a long time with great control, indicates that you're more skillful at dealing with bad. Pretty cool.

My maintenance failed once already, last year I promised to myself not to let this happen again. It feels good to eat all the food you want, but it's not fun to see the numbers on the scale going up, and the belly getting bigger. 😐
