on doctors advice have upped my calorie intake from 400 to 600 per day to
1000 to 1200 per day but still excercising and walking daily
so loss has slowed down somewhat but i am still loosing so i am happy
78.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
