Well I'm half way there now. who'd have thought it would take this long to lose 10 pounds! I remember you could lose 2 to 3 pounds in a week when I was younger. Now I'm lucky if i lose half a pound a week and that's only if I stay consistent in my diet. Although I must say that I'm certainly not suffering or feeling deprived. I'm also not as active as once was. I know I need to up my game in the activity department. Anyway, on ward and upward or should I say 'downward'.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
