Completing 4 week phase. Currently on deload week. Round 2 of 4 week phase starting Monday May 27. Losing weight at acceptable 1lb/week rate this year round. Maintaining lean muscle mass and strength. Much better versus last year! Can't wait to see me in 2 months!
66.9 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
