Organic Kale with red peppers, Tofu with hot and sweet sauce, plated on Brown Basmati Rice.

Since I decided to indulge today, I finished with Cookies and Cream Ice cream topped with strawberries and Blueberries.


I still kept the calorie count to less than 500.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
