Fluids out again. Still not smoking after a couple months. Random cravings have increased. Continue to practice mindful/intuitive eating. Thinking to join a gym and see a personal trainer for a bit and otherwise keep walking.
70 kg Lost so far: 75 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
