Keeping it steady but that is alright. Just have to remind myself to drink more water and less coffee during the summer. I have started working out on a heavy bag (hubby is a boxer) and using it for toning the arms and eventually the legs (want to try beginner kick boxing). Just have to motivate myself to do stomach crunches (yuck). Yes I don't like those.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
