Di sebelah malah pengennya sehari 1kg om,ini si om seminggu 1,5kg kok kecepetan sih 🙊🙊🙈

bener..kalau turunnya cepat takutnya masa otot ikut turun.. eh nanti malah tubuh semakin cpt menyerap lemak.. alhasil bb bisa cepat naik kembali
