what a difference a few days can make.i really thought i would be back in the 170s.exercise (and i dont kill myself with it) eating low carb and lots of water is all it takes.i just dont understand why my brain forgets that every now and again.

i feel lighter,more energy,less double chin already.i just got new glasses.no-line bifocals.trying to adjust to them.feeling the Christmas spirit even though my decorations are minimal because my cat wont stay out of my tree.i think i will even dye my hair today.

hope everyone can get motivated and filled with Holiday cheer!no i am not drunk.it is 8am.simply back on track and it feels really good.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, a few days of eating right makes all the difference in the world! Too bad it can keep cats out of the Christmas trees, eliminate the need for bifocals or get rid of gray hair.

Hi Hun, yes doesn't it feel good to be back on track? I haven't weighed myself but whether I have lost or not I still feel so much better. Congrats on getting back on that ol horse!
