🙃 I’m not surprised or worried about it. That time of the month is almost done 👍 Cravings were seriously intense all week long! 😅

Yeah I’m not concerned. I’ll be back into the 140s in no time. I’m focused on working out now so I will expect to gain from that as well. Not from actual muscle growth but from additional inflammation. It’s all good 😁
