Good progress after the first day but it's mostly water, obviously. I measured and wrote down everything I ate, and realized once again how much I overate in the past months.
Feeling good - as now I'm in control and pursuing a healthy goal!
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
