Wow!do you mind me asking what you do consume during your fast? Just liquids? (Juice?)

Well I'm in a wellness center in Thailand so we follow a program. First thing in the morning are herbal supplements then psyllium / probiotic shake then herbs and herbal elixir then green juice then another psyllium /probiotic shake and finally clear vegetarian broth with more herbs. Through the day we are supposed to drink three plus liters of fruit infused water. We consume a lot of water and insoluble fiber.
