Diddlee's Journal, 06 May 19

Weight up a lot from the bicycle ride yesterday. The muscles is 'damaged' and get filled with 'healing liquid'. Makes it tempting to not 'damage' the muscles while focusing on trimming off body fat.

Hey, you are still burning fat, the water retention will not affect that.

Steven Lloyd. You're right. The recent rapid weight loss is most likely caused by the six days of rest. The muscles healed, and the spent healing liquid got flushed out, resulting in major weight loss. I'll use this new knowledge, and will see if it can be repeated at the end of this month. Will rest six days before my set target weight on May 31st.
