Starting to think this is a real gain. I *did* notice that my bicep is filling out on what I guess you’d call the inside. As in if you flex with your arm at your side it’s the part that would touch your side. Still don’t think there would be a measurable distance because it was soft the last time I poked around on it lol. I’d say I lost that tiny bit of fat covering there and replaced it with a tiny bit of muscle. So I now see some progress :).
54.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It’s not so much fun when at the gym though 🤪. Well it is when I start spouting off things I’ve heard from D and Chris lol. I actually had a couple guys slow down the workout when I’m as talking to hubby and they sped back up when we moved down the line of machines. Hoping something I said helped them :). Of course it was all from D and Chris not me. It’s also kinda fun when hubby messes with the weights, thinks I don’t know, then I manage to lift it and his eyes go wide lol. Of course I don’t do it often because I don’t want to hurt myself. But once a week to watch his eyes go wide is good enough for me :).

Nice Work! Remember the bicep is made up of primarily two separate heads. Performing different exercises will enhance 1 or the other side of that muscle. The Brachii, Brachialis, and if you want to add a 3rd (upper forearm and side of upper arm (outside portion)) called the Brachioradialis. It sounds like your working the short head which gives the arm fullness but is on the interior side of the arm (closest to your body)..... ;)
