Well I some how got a free pass this week...assuming it's from hard work previous weeks just catching up though...you don't just reap benefits from doing nothing and I know that! Anywho...I can't believe I'll see 160s soon! I am wanting to second check my weight at the gym today because I'm feeling like I didn't do enough for it again. I was sick this week, still sick, so didn't work out all last week! Anyway...last time I double checked at the gym it was accurate and always has been...but will just reassure me. I'm hoping to get better the next two days and hit the gym hard. I'm feeling so fat soon...my mom tells me I'm "so thin" but I know I'm not thin...I don't know what I am. I'd guess still chubby...but people that used to know me heavy think I look thin because I'm sure it's a shocking difference is all?

Anyways...this week's meal prep I'm thinking of making extra yummy!!! Pesto spaghetti squash with low carb chicken parmesan again or I might do salmon. Then I was thinking of doing a low carb enchilada at some point but still have to find a recipe or decide how I'll do that.

I am going to continue to do intermittent fasting partial days here and there because I'm naturally not hungry in the mornings a lot so why eat? I'm just going to start eating later! Having this smaller window to eat worked so well yesterday! I'm excited at the edge this could potentially give me :) we'll see if it continues to work great...fingers crossed!
