Second day of full fast -- things are starting to move.

Your welcome! I can only do 12 hour fasting lol i don't know how you all do it..I just have to eat when I get up at 4am and during the day... good luck in your journey 😄

I want to try to do fasting at home. It's so hard when you are at home. Walking by the kitchen, food and drinks just call to me. I doubt I could do seven days at home but I'm going to try one day. Using a one day IF is also quite helpful. I know a plastic bag who fasts every month for four days. He says it keeps the skin looking young.
