Didn’t really want to post this today. Yesterday’s hangover led to eating to relieve symptoms. So now I know to expect a couple days of gains if I drink again. Clearly it’s something I have NO interest in for quite awhile. This is definitely one area that I need to work on my control issues.
128.6 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 28.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@gingrins, we all have SOME area of weakness. We live, we learn, we make changes (we fall down, we get back up). I've also been struggling for the past several days. Here's to us BOTH getting rooted firmly on the straight and narrow path!
