BEEN slowely creeping up this past week on Atkins & got up to 117.4 as of this morning so I decided to try Weight Watchers for a month & see how it goes. Had pasta & apples & banana's for the 1st time in what seems like years (ok over a year) and boy were they good!!! Going to stick with it until Jan 1st & see what happens.
