PM weigh in. 16 hrs fasted. Fasting all day to start the week on 5/2. Maybe 500 cal if needed.

Last 5 days have been like a mini vacation in a bad way. No good for the progress. Too much beer.
130.2 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

During my diet break I lost a little under a lb @3000cal, then barely gained any at 3900. My first week back I did 2500 cal and gained. I did kinda reverse diet around the time you said, I was down around 2200 cal roughly. Went back up to 3000ish. It's just painfully slow and I never lose when I should. It's always when I have 4-5k days. I just can't nail down anything to save my life.
