When I woke up I started drinking a bottle of water mixed it in with 8oz pineapple juice 2 tsps of lemon juice and 2 tsps of acv plus a pinch of Cayenne pepper and I have a major energy boost. I am currently starting a ham in my crock pot. Planning on making some rice and adding diced sweep potatoes in the ham.and some deviled eggs. Yesterday for breakfast I had 2 small cinnamon rolls. Lunch was 1 hamburger 3 tablepoons of homeade potato salad and 1 deviled eggs. Dinner was chicken thigh with 4 table spoon of mashed potatoes and a dinner roll. Plus for the past 2 nights I fell asleep and slept most of the night. I did wake up Saturday night for about an hour and didn't turn the TV on. I will report again later

GOOD JOB, @feliciahenderson! Great reporting! What things have you incorporated into your WOE? (It's a little confusing for me with people on their "Own" diet, because I can't tell from their Food Diary whether they are doing what they WANT to, or not.)
