Frustrating that weight fluctuates so much, from day to day. Worry about it, when I drop rapidly and now worrying that it is increasing rapidly. Had a cheat day yesterday, as I thought maybe my metabolism is slowing too much, with calorie restriction, but jumped even more today. OK, I was still below the RDI. Will wait and see, though I am a little confused, as to what to do next. I did slow down on my exercising, so that may be an issue.
59.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
