Yesterday was day two of Intermittent Fasting. And Cauliflower Rice for dinner ! Accompanied by Broiled Miso Cod, and grilled Cilantro, lemongrass pork Jowl. Hope to hit 150 in two weeks.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
