Probably those two bottles of water I had last night...flushing that water out. Plus I’ve had a LOT of sodium lately so it’ll take awhile to get it all out. I’m patient! (Haha I’m not but I am in this)

I recognize I don't drink nearly as much water in the eve as I do all day so that I'm not up even more going to the bathroom as I am now. Falling asleep on the toilet gets cold and crampy.
