Glad weight went down, without a ride on the bike yesterday. Legs still sore, so they get another day off.
82.2 kg Lost so far: 46.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

wannabhealthier Feels good to recover, so I'm glad to have taken your good advice. Into second day of recovery now. Two-three days should be plenty enough. Will see what the legs say tomorrow. Learning game.

No prob diddlee...at one time i rode till my body said no...but learnibg days off help to make you stronger
