Diddlee's Journal, 16 Apr 19

Meal#2 served. Garlic and Pepper sausage made from 99% lean pork. Mix of butt and shoulder. The sausage is a bit too big for a meal, so I need to leave a bit for next meal. Tiny dot of mustard for dip.

FullaBella Thank you. These sausages got legs. Liked and eaten well by four other folks here. Just made them for my diet plan, and end up having to make more sooner than I thought. Don't mind. It's a nice compliment.
